The program. The Fern's Flowers Bookkeeping Assistant is a text-message service run by Fern's Flowers for its own team. Authorized team members text receipts, payments and questions to it, and it texts back confirmations, questions, event cost reports and flags for review.

Who can use it. Only team members we have added. It is not open to the public and is not a marketing program.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies with how often you send things in. Typically a few messages on busy days and a report the day after an event.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will get one confirmation and no more messages. To opt back in, reply START. Reply HELP for help or email [CONTACT EMAIL].

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. See our Text Message Privacy Policy.

Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
